In the deboner, the bone needs firm grip in the deboning machine for deboning to be achieved. While the bone was firmly placed in the machine the meat was not well secured at the top where the deboning would be initiated. Hence, the meat began to fall even before it was deboned. However, while the meat was falling from the top, it remained in the grip of the machine at the base because the foundation for deboning was well secured, except for what was happening at the top.
